We will prevail even though we looked like crap in the first half. This may cause us to lose a few votes in polls.

At this point I am not worried about the polls. I just wanna get our sh*t together and win this ball game. We need to open up the passing game and light these turds on fire.

We can't worry about the polls. i will give Marshall credit. They came to play and had a good game plan. It is as much them playibg well as us playing bad. Here's a positive. The coaches were able to dissect things at halftime, change the play-calling and dominate the 2nd half. Other teams struggled today also. It is an ugly win, but a win. If we play a little bit better on Thursday, we will beat the Turtles.

Another positive I took away from the game, is Slaton. He was obviously frustrated the first half and didn't have much going. But he and the coaches did not give up and he got his numbers and ended the day leading us with White to a win.

That's one of the things I love most about this team. Pressure is self-imposed, and these guys are the same positive attitude no matter what happens. After the Louisville game 2 years ago, they realize that they always have a chance to win.

A few of you were a little hard on our team early on because we were a little slow getting started. Come on you all, this is our team to love no matter how a game unfolds. Screw the polls, they dont mean shit at this stage of the season. I never lost faith today because I knew we would overcome the hostile surroundings and the heat and the Herd's game plan. A 48-23 win is a good win in my book any day against any team.

I will admit I was the ring leader ... I was just SOOOOO frustrated.. and it did NOT help at all that every person that I know down here called me during the first half to just rub the salt in the wounds.. Forgive me Mountaineers.. I did believe... though I was quite frustrated.

We didnt question your love for the monties MJ, I brought the polls into this, The only reson I mentioned it was that IF a tean jumps us it will give the so called experts more fuel for their fire as to why we dont deserve a NT shot.

I really think we will be fine in the polls. We found out that VT was once again over rated, and Florida let Troy put 31 up on them. I really believe that we will stay at 3, and maybe USF will sneak in to the top 25 and give the Big East 4 teams.

I really think we could have 5 with Cinncy in the polls, they beat a decent Pac 10 team.
