Game day rituals or superstitions?

I have only one really, and it started the day of Our Sugar Bowl win. I didn't have a LOT of cash on hand, so I could have a 6 pack of good beer or a 12 pack of cheap beer. Since I thought.. More beer is always better.. I ponied up the 7 bucks for a 12 pack of Busch Light..

Well we won the Sugar Bowl in GEORGIA at their house and NO ONE thought we would win.. (aside from WVU fans) so.. now.. on GAME day,for now and forever.. I will drink Busch Light regardless of whether I have money for the better stuff or not.

Well since im married with children Busch light is considered GREAT BEER for me. I dont know how to act when i do get Bud Light.

But usually wear a Tshirt or something of WVU. I also have to keep something on of the other team i cheer for SHEPHERD.

I usually get to Morgantown around 9 A.M. and set up the tent, chairs, grill and coolers. We have a different menu for each game (the only thing that stays the same is the beer). I eat, drink and pass football with Dayton or play the bean bag toss game and get in the stadium in time to watch the Pride of West Virginia (there's usually a proud tear or two). After the game we stick around for another hour or two before heading back to Fairmont.

I'm always in Blue and Gold from head to waist. OK...I have a lucky gold jockstrap I wear too.

If I am watching the game at home, then I have a few rituals. I like to do a shot of something before kickoff. Every time we score I go out in the yard and run around and wave my flag, the neighbors all think I am crazy. The flag is very big, when we won the Sugar Bowl, I did a couple of laps around the apt. complex with my flag. I also play the opening chorus of Country Roads when we score.

I did the same thing around Center City!
