I'm going to start with a website created by a hobby photographer that happens to live in Pensacola. I was fortunate enough to meet him per chance because I did a test on him.. His name is Bill Chambers and by day he's a banker but by morning and night, he's a photographer. WOW! I did a little research. WVU has played at the Palestra 23 times, with a 9-14 record, but never played Penn there. The only meeting in Philly with the Quakers took place in 1922, five years before the Palestra was built.
