05/17/2011 MetroNews Sports Multiple reports late Monday night said that Mountaineer junior Dalton Pepper will be transferring from West Virginia and could be enrolling at Temple. Phillyburbs.com and CSNPhilly.com are both reporting the move comes due to his father's health problems.
Pepper played in a backup role during his first two years with West Virginia, but was expected to move into a starting position with the Mountaineers next year. He finished this past season averaging 3.9 points and 12.4 minutes in 32 games. He scored 10 points and added three steals to help secure West Virginia's NCAA tournament win over Clemson.
