The 2007 College Football season had a lion's share of major upsets throughout the season starting with the trouncing of Michigan by division 2 Appy State.
Will there be a repeat of shokers in 08?

Appy State could do it again, they open at LSU and the Tigers don't have a QB.

I think there will be many again and I hope UM gets more than their share

I told my Penn State friends that if they don't beat Michigan this year, JoePa should be shot and the program shut down. ;D

I think so and I hope so. I think that the more upsets there are and the more teams with 1 or 2 losses, the more the BCS has to think about at least a plus one system.

Hard to root for Notre Dame. However I will be cheering for them in week 3 when they host the weasels from Ann Arbor.

I also agree with milkman.. I think a LOT of talented kids are opting to go to a variety of schools if they can play out of high school.. Or play where they wanna play. Pat White is a classic example.. He comitted to LSU.. but Rod wooed The Southern boy away from the SEC away telling him he could play QB. He started his redshirt freshman year as QB. He's not the only one..
I think the talent base is evening out quite nicely.
