West Virginia has added another quarterback to its commit list for its 2012 recruiting class.
Brandon Napoleon out of St. Peters Prep School in New Jersey tweeted early Saturday morning that he had just committed to West Virginia.
“I JUST COMMITED TO WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY IM AM NOW A MOUNTAINEER JUST LIKE MY DAD =*D,” he said in the tweet.
You can follow his Twitter account here – he made the announcement while in Morgantown participating in one of West Virginia’s football camps. His dad is former Mountaineer running back Eugene Napoleon who played under head coach Don Nehlen from 1987-1989.
West Virginia’s newest commit is listed at 6-foot-0, 175 pounds and a three star prospect by Scout.com. Some of his other reported offers included Buffalo, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, Rutgers and Temple.
Napoleon joins Ford Childress out of Houston, Texas as West Virginia’s two quarterback commits in this year’s class.
