Do you think WVU moves back up into the top 10?
Well, I don't think they should have dropped OUT last week, but with USC, Florida, Wisky, Kentucky and Georgia all losing this week.. We definately deserve to move back in there.
What do you think?

Common sense says yes, but who knows with the way these idiots vote. If Florida is ahead of us I will scream!!!

I was PISSED last week that Florida was ahead of us.. It was inconceivable last week.. With 2 losses now... They HAVE to drop out of the top 25.

Wishful thinking MJ, but there is no way in hell Florida will drop out of the top 25. Thinking like a voter, they dropped 4 spots after losing to unranked Auburn, so losing to #1 LSU, mathematically they should only drop 2 spots to 9th. Forgive my sarcasm, but I'll be surprised fall farther than 15th.

Yea I can see us moving back up into the top 10 prob at 9. Florida will drop to 13 or 14.

CBS poll is out, we are 11 to them. Va Tech moved way up to 8th? It'd be fitting if we did end up playing them in the Orange Bowl. I'd like to see us kick the crap out of them. I figure Florida won't be out of the top ten in the coaches poll. No end to the Florida love fest unless they were to lose another one somewhere.

The ONLY thing about the sportsline poll that I am satisfied with is that there are only 2 SEC teams in the top ten.
I agree with you about the Virginia Tech ranking.. They are media darlings because of the shooting last year. I think the ACC is a joke this year, as they were last year.. They are just getting sentimental ACC votes. I actually think Notre Lame BEATS BC next weekend.
I'd LOVE to settle the Va Tech issue on the field.. Only problem is.. they backed OUT of their obligation to play us..

Well maybe it works out we get to play them. Of course I'd prefer the Sugar Bowl. I am surprised Notre Shame didn't get votes to be in the top 25, they finally managed a win. If ND beats BC, look for all the pundits to jump on that bandwagon and proclaim the Irish as resurrected and bowl worthy.

They still have to win 5 to be bowl eligible. My thought is.. allow them to beat BC for our benefit so they can regain their over cocky swagger and let them get pierced in the jugular. |
