Its hard to tell watching an animated play by play..
Seems 'cuse burned us on a few kick offs?
but everything else seems to be ok except the penalties..
What do YOU think?

It was a good win but IMO we seemed very sluggish on offense. I know we scored 55 points and racked up almost 500 yards, but we weren't very sharp at all for the most part. Penalties and special teams coverage sucked. We did convert a lot of 3rd downs which was nice. We ran less than the usual 25 "Bubble Screens", but they worked quite well for the most part. The biggest question is why in the hell Rod had Pat in leading 38-7. The was absolutely NO reason to have him in at that point. The injury doesn't seem too serious and he came back out of the locker room without pads on for the rest of the game, but WHY take a chance??? Slaton didn't come out until several minutes into the 4th. I'm just a fan and by no means a coach, but I'm still questioning some of the play calling. The O line seemed to struggle again, just not opening holes like we're used to. Slaton had some nice runs but wasn't overly impressive. The D on the other hand played very well again with the exception of a couple of big plays. Lyons was quite impressive I thought and Sanders had a nice burst of speed on his TD run. Schmitt had a great game and snagged Player Of The Game honors. I don't know how to explain it other than I just didn't get as excited as I usually do. By no means a bad game as a whole, but it was far from fantastic. Anyhow, that's the way I seen it.

Thats how I felt. WVU seemed sort of emotionless even though they were dominating. There could have been a lot more points. Schmitt had a great game. I think the off week is timed perfectly, WVU has played 6 games in 36 days. That's a lot of football. Team is probably ready to heal up some.
