South Florida came with their A game and we didn't.

Yea, congrats USF. It really wouldn't bother me as much if I knew they were a better team. My synopsis on this game--piss poor coaching. A bad game plan set us up for failure from the get-go. I can rant and rave on all aspects of this game but it will do me no good and probably piss some people off so I won't. Bottom line: Rod and his staff are to blame for this one.

I don't know what to say. My ears are ringing so loud I can barely hear myself type, and, well, don't even ask me to talk. I'm so tired...and the Phillies play at 4pm tmw, so guess who's opening early?

I am at a loss for words. All I know is that we did not play our best and that is what hurts the most. USF was ready and came out on top.
I will still shout LETS GO MOUNTAINEERS loud and proud, We are all true Blue and Gold, and we still have a lot of games that our team will need us for.

It's a long season and USF probably won't win out. We've still got some things to play for and a BCS bid can still be had. A NC is probably not going to happen unless some other teams completely self destruct. USF is not better than us. Our offense stunk the place up. Worst they've played in a long, long time yet we were still in the game to the very end. I'll credit the defense for keeping us in it despite six turnovers. They gave up two stupid plays but played solid D the rest of the night. The offense will be fine, they've played their bad game for the year I hope. Win out and see what happens. We'll cry for a little bit then we'll go and destroy Syracuse and get the thing going again. Jarrett Brown looked really rusty and he needs a lot of reps this week in practice. I'm hoping PW is going to be okay, he took a hard hit on that hip/knee.

I needed some time to recoup from that loss last night. It was a heartbreaker. Very proud of our team, even though there were some sloppy plays. Credit the USF defense for forcing so many turnovers everytime we were threatening. That almost gave me an ulcer in and of itself.
Congrats to the Bulls.
