Of the SEC homers that I work with..

I went to work this morning with FULL bragging rights over the South Florida Auburn game, and I have been running my mouth about it for almost a FULL year. My co workers seriously thought I was OUT OF MY MIND with the prediction. Generalized consensus down here with them was "There is NO way in hell a mediocre SF team could beat Auburn, especially at home. "

I said.. "wait and watch." I really went out on a limb and I talked about this meeting many many times and always they felt steadfast in the impossibility of my claim that I believed South Florida could be victorious. They always thought I was on crack and being a BE homer..

Well my day in the sun came today.. I was EXCITED to go to work and say.. fucktards... in your face. All of them said that they thought the game was unimportant because Auburn is in the SEC west.. and they are "just terrible' this year.

WTF???

I can guarantee you, had South Florida LOST the game, I would have been totally humiliated today with all the "i told you so's"

I didn't even get to enjoy ONE moment in the sun..

I HATE Pensacola this time of year. I miss home so bad I can taste it.. All because of BULLSHIT like this.

This is why I am SOOOO grateful to have ALL of you.. I can only take the SEC bullshit for 8 hours a day.. I need to come home to have some respite.

I know what you mean. I lived in Florida for one year, and besides school, it was the worst year. I almost got into a couple of fights that year with some SEC bastards.
