The Town Center Mall’s Shades-In-Town kiosk drew a crowd of shoppers Saturday with newly printed “Fraud-Riguez” T-shirts blasting former West Virginia University football coach Rich Rodriguez, who broke his contract with WVU last week to take a job at the University of Michigan. The shirts have been selling briskly, according to kiosk manager Tom Romeo, who said he came up with the idea.
