I say turkey, but especially with gravy! Then put gravy on your mashed potatoes and stuffing...mmmmmm

One of the common items down here is a broccoli, chese and rice caserole.. If its done right, its almost a meal in itself.
Doug, I also agree with the gravy on the taters, stuffing and turkey.. However, if you have a cajun injected deep fried turkey, its a SIN to put gravy on that.
