You are in a position to do the hiring for a job within your company. The list has been narrowed down to 2 people, both of the same race, age and gender. One is a graduate of WVU and the other is a graduate of Marshall. Both are fairly equal in all aspects of the requirements for the job, but overall the Marshall grad appears to have a very slight edge. Who gets the job?
