I am also a native and lifetime resident of Raleigh County in Southern WV. First game I saw in person was 1967 Mike Sherwood was QB. I retired from the Beckley Police Dept 24 years service, currently involved in Traffic Safety throughout WV working with Police Agencies and Highway Safety Advocates, Sobriety Checkpoints, Click it or Ticket, Child Passenger Safety. Married for 30 + years to the same person. I graduated from Bluefield State College and never stepped foot on their campus. Have one son who is 28 and also a police officer in Charleston. I'm watching the Bowl game right now for probably the 80th time................... my wife doesn't understand.
