Whether you were at the game, or were watching it on tv or even listening to it on the radio..
What game had the most meaning to you? Why?

Tough question. I'll have to go with the 2005/06 Sugar Bowl. This was the defining moment when we all realized WVU was about to become a national power.

9/16/1989 WVU vs South Carolina
While serving on the USS WEST VIRGINIA the Pride of WV did a halftime tribute to the boat. 15 men from the boat were flown to Morgantown for the ceremony. Myself and an Engineering Officer (WVU Tech grad./Pt. Pleasant) went to the game on our own. As we started through the Blue Lot everyone began noticing our hats and jackets with USS WVA on them. Everyone stopped us to offer beer and food, plus ask questions about the boat. By the time we entered Mountaineer field we were feeling no pain and watched Major Harris spank SC 45-21.

I have a couple of games in mind but the one that is most prevalent is the 82 Oklahoma game when we went to Norman and SPANKED the highly rated Sooners.

I have many too but one that always comes to mind is when WVU (10-0) beat Syracuse (8-2) 31-9 in 1988 to give us our 1st undefeated season. When the team took a victory lap around the field, it was one of the proudest moments of my life.

I was a sophomore in 1988. Pete and I attended the Halloween weekend Game with Penn State.. We just KILLED Penn State. I was prompted to rush the field and we tore down that goal post.. It was exhilerating as a 19 year old! I think that may have been the last goal post that ever came down..

Going to the Rutgers game last year. Standing up on the hill as the team got to the stadium.
