I'll admit to liking the Tigers, only because of Jimmy Leland. But, they're not my Phillies or Pirates.

I am not a baseball fan unless the Pirates are in the playoffs, other than that baseball is to boring for me to watch. I do like going to the park and eating all the cool food they have there.

I like the Tigers because they were at the bottom, lost most every game until Leyland came along. They have come so far in such a short time. Plus I live just an hour from there so they are my home town team.

Hah yeah it's okay to be loyal to the local team, but I'll never be a fan of any Houston sports team. I just don't think I can do it!

The only Philly teams I have any REAL affection for are the Phillies and the Penn Quakers. Twenty years here and I've been to one Eagles and Sixers game, several Flyers games, TONS of Phillies and Penn games. Temple games too.
