As if the impending football season isn't reason enough to get the blood racing, the Phillies have been very entertaining this week, and tonight's game, which I attended, had a crazy ending. First of all, Monday was the return of fan fave Chase Utley, who has been on the DL for what seems like forever. Add to that a four game home stand with the division leading Mets. Phils won Monday and Tuesday to creep within four games! So, I get the call Wednesday afternoon that a bud has an extra ticket, do I want to go. HELL YES!!!! The atmosphere was ELECTRIC!!! I had such a good time, and ate WAY to much food from the place rated the Best Ballpark Food in the country! The Phillies in the playoffs would be a HUGE boost to business at the bar. I remember what it was like in 93 when they went to the World Series. Would love to live that again!
