Alex has recently decided to kick things in to high gear education wise and its paid off.. I don't know what other states offer, but Florida offers high school graduates that do well in school Bright Futures Scholarships.
He is eligible for 75% scolarship for 4 years if he attends college in Florida. Whoo FRIGIN HOO.. And if he takes Spanish this summer (that I've told him to take since he was a freshman) He's eligible for 100 % scolarship! for 4 years.. if he attends a Florida Colege or University. Now this is a BIt of a disappointment for me as I had envisioned that he would got to WVU.. but.. Free or reduced cost education?
I guess at Least South Florida is in the Big East!

Congrats Alex - you gotta go where the scholarships are and if it's instate, sobeit. Go Bulls lol (FSU would be the least of the 3 evils)

Hard work pays off! If you can save tens of thousands of dollars, it's a no brainer, stay in state! Take it from someone that will be paying off his student loans for the next 30 years.
