Yesterday, in my International Relations class, the teacher called out a few of us simply because we were VOCALLY PRO-ISRAEL!!! She was blabbering on about how she's pro-Palestinean and all this horseshit, and promised that our grades would suffer!!! I would go to the Dean of the Political Science department about it, but it seems that most of the instructors in that department have opposite views of what I have! That explains why I have been barely passing that class with a C-... all the papers I've done over the semester, she's given me really low Cs on them! This is a bloody outrage!

Sounds like she's not a very good teacher.

That is total horse shit, dude! Your grades are suffering because of your beliefs? That's straight up illegal, dude! You must take that to the Dean! The fact she's a graduate assistant even makes it worse. She's obviously allowed this tiny bit of power to go to her head.
Regardless of viewpoints, you'll find someone above her that will agree your assignments should not be graded based on political beliefs.

Unfortunately, here in WV, there is no such thing as the "Student's Academic Bill of Rights." It ALWAYS gets shot down in the circus that's called the Legislature each and every regular session! I most likely will have to take it to the Dean or the Chair of the PolSci department.

If she is a GA, there should be a professor she is working under. My first move would be to contact him (her). Professors are very much entitled to their opinions, but should not grade based on the writer's opposing view (very shallow and immature).
You probably don't want my opinion, but here it is. There is no good guy in this crisis. #1 interest for both sides is their survival, and both feel it is the other's intent to destroy them.
