I sure did last night!
I didn't mean to on purpose... Well maybe I did.
We were at The Oar House celebrating my my friend Ronda's birthday..
Our Party had 7 people So I know that's a little hard to manage..but our waiter was extremely inept, and RUDE. I could perhaps accept inept, if he was pleasant about things.. Or at least apologized.. For some of the mistakes.
Instead he was argumentative. He brought out appetizers without silverware, he argued with two of the ladies about their drink order,, We asked 3 times for ashtrays as several of us were smokers. He brought us one tiny ashtray..
It was just bad.. And he was causing us to not have a good time. I asked for another waiter.. We got one, and 3 different managers came by to make sure things got right, and we also got a free round.

No, I never got anyone fired but sometimes I wonder how I ever kept myself from being fired for things I did on the job...

Does actually firing people count?

Yes, it counts. I had my own home decorating business for 18 years, and I hired (and fired) quite a few "winners".
