Shawn FINALLY Made it to Pensacola Late this afternoon.. We had to hurry through Dinner at The Oar House because he was so late.. AND He HAD to go watch The Race .. So we left the BLISSFULL waterfront setting.. to go to.. The Angler!

At the Angler we had a good time, until MJ started having MJ moments! (Guys in cowboy hats!) I tried to put honey on her buns (Doug) but she didn't like it! So now I don't know what to do? Tried to call Davy (when they say Steve called it was me tryin to mess with you!) There was a girl with no arms or legs in the Angler. MJ would not let me hit on her because she said I could not get her back in her cloths fast enough if somebody came to the house. Other than that everything i OK.

Well... That's NOT exactly how it all went..
The Oar House was nice,, and just before we left the one man band started playing, Ironically enough... Country Roads.
It wasn't staged,, it just happened..
When We got to the Angler.... We were fxing to watch the race.. and it WAS on the huge flat screen.. However... We couldn't HEAR the race, because a VERy bad Elvis impersonator was Crooning Elvis Songs.. Why are all Elvis impersonators Impersonating him when he got old and fat??? Where is the young Elvis???
When he had his break he didn't even have a peanutbutter and banana sammich.. INSTEAD he had a SUPERBURGER! and he was sweating SOOOO bad his wig slipped...
But it was ALL for a good cause.. The lady with no arms and no legs had a bacterial infection after giving birth to her gorgeous son and she lost her limbs.. '
So the elvis impersonator and the super burgers were a fund raiser for The bills that aren't covered.. In the end, I think they raised just short of 3000 dollars for the family.
It wasn't until dark thirty that the crowd at the angler sort of shifted.. It seems The Angler has become one of Pensacola's Late Night Gay bars...
Shawn was hit on 3 times in the bathroom!

Sounds like a wild and wonderful weekend was had by all - when you talked about the limbless lady, thoughts of shaving cream crossed my mind...

You tried to call me at work on a Saturday night? Did they laugh at you, silly bear? They wouldn't even have put Jiimmy thru last night, I was so busy. I had the race and the NBA playoffs on, but I couldn't even tell ya who won either, I never got to see any action. It was a rare treat to actually have people watching the race! Glad you folks had a good time!
