What do you think WVU's record will be this year? If you pick a loss then tell us who you think we will lose to and why.

if we lose it may be Auburn.

The Auburn game scares me,not because I think they are a better team.
Auburn plays Mississippi State, LSU and Tennessee in consecutive games. If they happen to lose two or more of these games and WVU is undefeated going into the game with Auburn - as we should be - I feel like we have a good chance of taking that game on the chin. Tuberville is notorious for knocking off top rated teams when his team isn't rated.
If we go into the game and we are both undefeated then we will win and we would run the table on the rest of the schedule and bowl.

pitt scares me a little because of them coming to our house and pulling the upset last year and now we have to play at theirs and they will be pumped up big time, also the bulls seem to have our number but i hope we put them both away early and "leave no doubt"

I have us with one loss!! East Carolina!! YES!! It will be early in the season, still learning, and just mistakes. If we lose early we can rebound during the entire season. Skip Holtz always has his kids ready for us when we head south!!

Skip Holtz always has his kids ready for us when we head south!! I've always said, "If we must lose, do it early and get it over with."  But, I just don't see us losing this year. All my 40+ years of being a Mountaineer fan was just building up to this year. All the drama of the past couple years and the naming of hometown boy to head coach was to make it all the sweeter! I hope I'm right, but if not, I'll still proudly walk down the streets of Philly with my Blue n Gold on!  |

East Carolina @ East Carolina is gonna be a big Deal! Our boys just don't play well in the heat.. I know ya all think I'm nuts.. You just can't condition for that!
I think Auburn could be a problem.. And South Florida.. Well I hope its 20 degrees and snowing like a big dog when they come to our house.
