Marion County is not very big but home of some pretty good coaches:
Nick Saban was born in Fairmont and graduated from Monogah High School in 1969 (before the North Marion consolidation)
Rich Rodriguez was born in Grant Town and graduated from North Marion in 1981
Mark Yoho (Grafton's 1st year coach who led the Bearcats to the AA Championship this year) was born in Mannington and graduated from North Marion in 1986
