Yesterday, I decided to take a test to fulfill a requirement for becoming a state employee for West Virginia. Unfortunately, the closest test center from Morgantown is at North Marion High School in Farmington. The test was to be taken at 4 but I left the apartment by 3:10. I didn't anticipate that the drive would take me about 55 min, but that was due to construction on Hwy 250 N from Fairmont. I arrived at the testing center at 4:04 and the doors to get in were locked! I thought to myself what the hell!!! Granted I was late by 4 minutes, but the state's website states that the tests are administered at 4, but nothing about locking the doors immediately. Here I drove all this way out to the middle of Marion County and because I was late by a few minutes I couldn't even get into the testing center!!! I was very agitated as was another tester who arrived around the same time I have...
Oh well that's life I suppose

I always leave way early to allow for the unexpected, I'd rather be an hour early than a minute late lol

Well it's funny that this happened, considering I take an approach to arriving on the downtown campus 30 min early. I am used to having the PRT break down which can delay my arrival by at least 30 min or so, which will still allow me to get on class in time. Ahhh...can't blame it this time!
