Its not a mtter wether the Sooners are suppose to be the game or not and until we get a playoof system in place it is what it is. I really hate Florida and Tebow. therefore it the SOONERS I want.

No way I'm taking Bob Opps and Chokelahoma. Florida has too much speed on offense for Oklahoma to defend. Florida is going to do to Sam Bradford what WVU did to him last year - rattle his cage early and often. Since Florida's loss to Miss. they have been impressive in all three aspects of the game; offense, defense and special teams. Florida 48 CHokelahoma 24 I hate the SEC too, but that's my story and I'm stickin' to it.

we all picked one or the other to win the game...but how many feel that either one of them deserve to be called the national champion?
imo i say let the winner take on the utes...the only 13-0 team in my book deserves to be #1....they took care of the tide and i feel they could do the same to the gators & sooners....if given the chance

You are right Ray, but since that isnt an option I would rather see the Sooners because of 2 reasons, 1. We beat them last year in the Fiesta Bowl ans 2. I HATE THE SEC AND FLORIDA!!!!

I agree Ray, the true National Champion should be Utah. I hate the BCS and their popularity contest called the Strength of Schedule. What a load of crap. D-1 should require a playoff and their is no excuse that has any weight to it why it can't happen. If the NCAA can't see the ability to reap the benefits form a D-1 playoffs then I'm sure they couldn't see the forest because the trees either. The one argument that I keep hearing is that they don't want football to spill over into the second semester. Doesn't basketball carry into both semsters? Doesn't basketball bracket 64 teams into a playoff? And how many does the NIT carry as well? And football can't have the best - say 8 teams - have a playoff? Come on.

I think they should eliminate the 12th game on the schedule and go to a format of D2 has in place. If they want let the other teams compete in bowl games. Hell even use the major bowls sites as plyoff site and rotate them around each year similar to what they are doing right now.
