If you guys have nothing better to do tomorrow morning, check out CBS's Early Show. Paden City, WV native and my aunt (sister of my mother) will be appearing on the CBS Early Show to discuss her recent participation in a medical breakthrough operation. The operation took place in Pittsburgh and involved an implantable device in her neck that monitors and controls her otherwise uncontrollable blood pressure. Here's an article on WTAE's website about the operation: www.thepittsburghchannel.com/health/18523771/detail.htmlI have my DVR set to record!

My parents drove her to the hospital in Pittsburgh today where they conducted the interview, and CBS wanted to include my parents, since they have been routinely taking her to/from Pittsburgh and they have been watching her progress over the past several months. My parents said NO THANKS!! How crazy is that? I can't believe they turned down the chance to appear on National TV.
