 Natalie Tennant (left), a Fairview native and current secretary of state, served as West Virginia University's first female Mountaineer in 1990-91. Last week, after 19 years, another woman was chosen as the school's mascot - Rebecca Durst(right), a pre-nursing major from Point Pleasant. (related article on the General Board) |
