If we do then we will have to have a Big East Championship game. Maybe that would remove the ghost of Notre Dame from our backs.

we need to pick up 4 teams to have a big east championship game with 2 divisions of 6 teams each - i would love to see the big east expand in football.....while i'm wishing, let's get the mens track and cross country teams back!!

Or, some of these basketball schools need to get off their asses and get a football team together or prepared to move up; like Villanova, Marquette, Georgetown....

I would like to see the BE add one football only school (E. Carolina). That way we could have 4 home/4 away conference games every year. I don't like the big (12 team) conferences. They have a conference championship game strictly to make money, and often times the 3rd or 4th best team in the conference represents them in the BCS.
