MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - West Virginia University's 2009 wrestling recruiting class has been tabbed No. 24 in the nation by InterMat.
The Mountaineers' 2009 class consists of Branko Busick (Weirton), Cameron Gallaher (Grafton), Brandon Loro (Springfield, Pa.), Mac Mancuso (Holy Spirit, N.J.), Nathan Pennesi (Greater Latrobe, Pa.), Brandon Williamson (Greenwich, Conn.) and Shane Young (Jeannette, Pa).
WVU is the only Eastern Wrestling League program to be ranked in the Top 25 rankings. Oklahoma State, on the strength of five top 100 recruits, along with some talented transfers, is rated No. 1.
