I consider competitive eating to be one facet of the demise of our society. This is the fattest country in the history of the world. To make light of it with such debauchery is a shame. Other factors contributing to our demise: So-called "reality" shows on TV which have nothing to do with reality. Stupid politicians. Billion dollar corporations influencing the votes of stupid politicians. Voters who base their votes on lies and spin, instead of facts.
Sorry for the rant, but I guess I made my point.
