What do you think will be the final record for the football team this season?

I will second that. Including the bowl game, 10-3.

12-1. My thinking is that I seriously look at us as being 7-0 when we get to play USF down here. 8-0 after the game mainly because the guy who called so many great defensive games against us is gone this season. Thank God!! Wally Burnham left to take the same gig at Iowa State. Cincinnati scares me. That is our 1 loss this season. My two cents.

I know I sound like a broken record when I say things like... I'm worried about our away games down here in the deep south. Its gonna be much warmer that WVU is used to and the humidity will be bad enough that the guys will have to grow gills to breathe. The same goes for South Florida. Yes I know its MUCh later in in the season but Its still MUCh warmer later than up in West Virginia.. You can not condition for that. As Much as I would hate to see either loss, Those are the two I worry about. 11-2 .

I'd love to say 13-0, but unless our head coach improves from last season, I see us losing a few. Hell - let's hope he can see his limitations (such as clock management) and delegate those responsibilities to someone else (or hire someone for real cheap that does nothing but follow Coach Stew for the last 5 minutes of each half and give him clock management advice).
I say a 9-3 regular season with a BCS win. 10-3 Overall.
