You have ever seen a customer ask a store clerk or cashier to do?

Last week I was at the Mart of Wally and the lady in front of me had about 50 helium balloons.. when she was checking out, the lady made the cashier put walmart bags over the balloons.. It too about 10 minutes to do that. I ask.. Why?

I did see a woman at Wally World ask the cashier to wrap some additional bags around some kind of toy to keep from reveling what it was from her granddaughhter - who was evidentally with her. This cashier probably bagged this box 5 or 6 times at least. Problem was the bags where translucient white - almost clear with only the Wal-Mart logo printed on them. When she picked this bagged box up - even after being rebagged so many times - it was as if she didn't have any coverage on it at all.
