Classic rock for me. I always felt I was born a generation too late.

I love the classics also. I'm more into the Prog Rock music (ELP, Yes, Alan Parsons, Led Zep, Pink Floyd, Etc.)

Jim, have you heard any of the new Chickenfoot. Sammy Hagar, Joe Satriani, Chad Smith and Michael Anthony. Pretty good stuff.

My sort of Classic goes all the way back to the 50's and 60's . The Supremes, The Platters, The Beach Boys, then goes on to the likes of Tommy James and then on to The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Steely Day, the Moody Blues, Crosby Stills and Nash, Pink Floyd, and then on to Super Tramp and then transitioning to what is now painfully called and considered oldies.. The 80's, Like Foreigner, Journey and REO Speedwagon.

Same as you guys. Classic rock. Zeppelin, Doors, Stones, Beatles, the Who, Santana, CSNY, etc.
Being in Chicago I have a love for the Blues (which spawned modern rock 'n roll). Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Buddy Guy, Clapton, etc.
I also like the jazz classics - John Coltrane, Charlie Parker, Thelonnius Monk, etc.

I pretty much enjoy anything but country. My radio is usually tuned to an alternative rock station (when it's not on sports radio).
