After several days away and really low activity for the past few weeks, I'm happy to say you guys should be seeing a little more of me now. The big move from Chicago to Houston is complete!! We left Chicago on Friday and arrived in Houston late Saturday night. We unloaded everything yesterday and got most things put away already, though there is still a lot of work to do.
I'm really looking forward to being on the site more and talking Mountaineer football!!

Sorry we didn't get to meet up. Did I say something to cause you to move away ? (hah) Enjoy the warm weather but watch out for the hurricanes.

Glad to have you back, and I am sure you are glad that most of the moving process is over.

Doug,
Its AWESOME that you and your family are finally getting settled.
There is sooo much to love about the Deep South. Once things quiet down, I HIGHLY recommend you and Shelley take a mini weekend road trip up to New Orleans. It will be an experience you will NEVER forget.

I was there for spring break. It was 01 I believe. One of my friends was getting married, so we all decided to take one last guy trip before it became impossible. We were there for a week, and I will never forget it. It was amazing. I wanted to show my boobs, but for some reason I didn't get a chance to.

I couldn't imagine New Orleans for a whole week.. I've gone over in weekend chuncks and just 48 hours and my bank account was EASILY depleted 700 bucks and that was just for booze and food oh and parking.. Parking is about 30 bucks a day, and thats if you don't MOVE your car..
But Ahhhh n'awlins is like visiting another country. Fabulous experience.

We were all lucky, one of our friends travels alot on his job, so he saved up his hotel points, and got us a couple of rooms at Double Tree, my only expense, other than drinking was my flight. It was one of the best weeks of my life.

We've already started talking about taking a trip over to NO. We'll have to wait until Shelly gets a job and we save up a little fun money, but we hope to be over there some day soon!! And Smurph, I'm disappointed we didn't get to meet!!! It was hard to find WVU fans in Chicago.
