It was 70 when I got up this afternoon, it's dropped to the mid 30's in a few short hours.

I'm nursing my aches and pains. Everybody and their gay brother wanted to watch UT@ Memphis last night. UPenn and the Flyers started at 7, and the Sixers at 7:30. By 8:30 it was packed, and from then till almost 2am I was slinging drinks just as fast as I could. My head is still spinning from going round in circles so much!

Agreed! I just wish I had the energy to go spend some of it. Just walking to the Rite Aid and back, total of four blocks, it feels like I ran a marathon. I was gonna walk down to Target, but that can wait till tmw.

It was GORGEOUS outside today.. sunny sunny and about 70.
If the boys would have been close by, we'd have done some yard work..
Can't do much in the back yard as its still swamp de varos.. but the hedges need neatened up and I have some down branches in the beack, and if it EVER stops being a swamp back there, the grass already needs cut..

It was nice here also around 50 and sunny I to my new Beagle Dog for a walk and then got together with co workers for a few games of basketball at the local park.

Got new contact lenses for the first time in years yesterday. Wore them to work last night and someone guessed me at 33! Worth every penny!

I had the best time last night. I took Dawn out for her birthday. We went to The Oar House. It's becoming my local favorite place to hang out. I've never been there past dark though. We've always done happy hour or weekend lunch..
We spent 6 hours there and it seemed like we were only there an hour or so.. We had great dinner.. Fried Greenbeans as an appetizer, and shrimp and seafood until we were stuffed! yummy yummy!
There was a live acoustic guy there and he was just awesome.. Good music, simon and garfunkel, elton john, the eagles, jimmy buffett, and anything else you could imagine..
Dawn requested a song for me.. And I didn't know she requested it ffor me.. but he played country roads and Dawn and I both sang it. It was just an awesome spring night with one of my very best friends.
We're gonna go back in 2 weeks and see how many other folks we can drum up to go.. It should be tons of fun! Wish ya all could come on down.
