Well, here's an update:
The first step of the appeals process did not go my way: They DENIED returning my Financial Aid because of my GPA... I'm wondering if they even read the appeal document I gave them?
Anyway, being one that does NOT go down without a fight, there are 3 more steps to the appeals process and I am going to be taking Step 2 today: Going to the Director of Financial Aid and Scholarships. Even though time is not on my side, I am going to do this anyway. So, today, my ass is heading downtown to turn in some papers to Step 2. Wish me luck, y'all. And, yes, I am also mailing the rest of my papers off to WVU-Parkersburg today as well in case I don't get my money back for up here...

Well, I hope y'all are sitting down...
Looks like things are not going to work out in my favor. I called Financial Aid yesterday and spoke to the Assistant Director of Financial Aid, and time is not on my side. Apparently, the Director of Financial Aid (2nd level of appeal) has at least 50+ appeals to look over, and of course, the 30 days rule applies... so, again, time is not on my side and I will be leaving Morgantown this weekend.
I want to thank everyone for their support during the summer... now, I have to go back home for a year. Seems like I am living in a nightmare right now...

MJ and Ray- thanks, guys. Fuckin' bureaucracies and their bullshit. It's funny, I told a couple of my friends last night, and they said, "Yep, that's WVU for you."
I love this school with everything, and I know nothing is perfect, but this institution leaves a lot to be desired at times... if I don't get back in up here, I'm moving south to Georgia. I was there last weekend and loved every second of it. Now, which school to go to down there... I'll cross that bridge if I come upon it... I hope to be back up here by this time next year.
